Introducing Baby To Solids

This morning, I appeared on NBC's Daytime to chat about baby's first foods. So many of you e-mailed, wanting to know more about what foods to introduce, and when, so I'm posting this handy chart for reference. Remember to avoid honey, cow's milk, egg whites, nuts and seeds, salt, unpasteurized cheese, added sugar until your baby reaches one year of age. Why? Because a baby's immune system is not mature enough to handle those foods until they reach 12 months of age. Click on the chart to the right to learn more.
